BALDWIN CITY, Kansas – Baker University head track & field coach Ryan Pitts and his coaching staff announces the signing of 14 new Wildcats to join their team in 2017-18, on Wednesday.

Morgan Thomas | Mill Valley HS | 5A State champion in high jump
"Morgan will be a big time athlete for us in multiple events. She is also a dual sport athlete and will play volleyball for us."
Jasmine White | Anderson Country HS
"Jasmine will contribute in multiple events ranging from hurdles to jumps."
Benton McCann | Seaman HS | 5A State finalists in 110HH & 300lh hurdles
"Benton will have an immediate impact on the program"
Isaac Shcreiner | Seaman HS
"With departure of great vaulters, Isaac, who was a 5A State Champion in pole vault, will step right and fill a void for our team. Our conference is tough in the vault, but he will be ready for the challenge."
Madison Martin | Anderson County HS
"Madison was a huge sign for us. She will make her mark on the team immediately in the throws. My goal is to see her become the new Jordan Miller."
Raven Meadows | Highland Park HS
"Solid runner, missed senior season due to injury, but is now healthy and ready to get after it."
Olivia Morris | Topeka HS
"Olivia will be a horizontal jumps specialist. She is ready for a new jumps regimen that will push her harder than she's ever been pushed before. Her results will speak for themselves."
Kwan Brooks | Hutch CC
"Kwan is a big time sprinter who will also contribute in the jumps. He will be coming off a two-year hiatus and will have some rust to shake off, but he is determined to return to the peak shape!"
Na'tori Nelson | Paramount HS | League champion in the 100m hurdles & 300m hurdles

Sydnee Toran | Iowa Western CC
"Late signee, Sydnee fell into our lap last minute. She is a hurdler who is already on the brink of becoming a national qualifier."
Alexander Castro | El Camino CC
"Alex competed in California at the JC level. He brings experience and will be force to be reckoned within our conference. He will contribute not only in the hurdles, but relays and high jump as well."
Grant Roesner | Shawnee Mission East HS
"Grant is what we in the Track & Field world call a "tweener." He can be effective at both sprints and mid-distance. Versatility is always a key attribute we look for in our athletes."
Krishten Davidson | Centennial HS
"Krishten will be a project. He is a solid hurdler who I believe will contribute to the team in the sprints as well."
