Rose Selected to All-Heart Second Team

2026 Heart Women's Basketball Postseason Teams and Awards

BALDWIN CITY - Gabby Rose of the Baker women's basketball was selected to the All-Heart Second Team as the league announced its 2026 Heart Women's Basketball All-Conference teams and postseason award winners on Thursday.

Rose, a sophomore from Liberty, Mo., led the Wildcats in scoring after averaging 14.4 points per game and shooting nearly 30 percent from three-point range for the season with 24 total threes made. She scored 20 or more points in seven games this year, including a season-high 29 pts at home against Mount Mercy in her first game against a Heart opponent.

Baker closed out the 2025-26 season with a 4-23 record overall and a 2-18 mark in conference play.
